Therefore, delivery can take a little more time than you are used to. The processing of your order takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. The average delivery time in Spain, Italy, France, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Israel & Japan is 2 to 4 working days.
The scheduled delivery time is exceeded, where is my order?

How can I pay my order?
Mueler-Mode always offers secure payments. We use the most used payment service in France: the bank card & Paypal.
I miss products, how is it possible?
Some orders are sent to separate parcels due to weight restrictions. To ensure the quality of the products, the products you order can come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, the products may not be delivered at the same time.
Do not worry, your order is being sent. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, you can obviously do nothing. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@mueler-mode.fr It is necessary to take pictures of the complaint and join them in the email.
You cannot return the product without communicating the photos to us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find an adequate solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and will look with you the best possible solution.
